Mortgage Calculator: The mortgage estimates provided by our calculator are for informational and illustrative purposes only. They are based on the data you provide and our system. These results are not an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of any specific terms. Actual loan qualification, rates, and terms are subject to a full mortgage application and verification of your financial information.

Consultations: Any consultation requested through our platform is for advisory purposes. An advisor will provide guidance based on the information shared, but this does not constitute a formal mortgage pre-approval or offer until a complete application is submitted and approved by a financial institution.

5. Property Listing Submissions

If you use our "List Your Property" service, you agree to the following terms regarding any content you submit, including text, images, and property details ("User Content"):

• Accuracy: You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for any errors or omissions in your User Content.
• License to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant Mortgage Max a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services and for our marketing and promotional purposes.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any User Content that is fraudulent, misleading, illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Right to Remove: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to post, or to remove, any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
• Engagement: Submitting a property listing does not create an exclusive agency relationship. It serves as an inquiry, and our engagement as your representative is subject to a separate, written agreement.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mortgage Max shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mortgage Max, its affiliates, agents, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services. This includes, but is not in any way limited to, any delays, denials, or other outcomes resulting from applications or processes with third-party entities such as banks, financial institutions, or government bodies. Mortgage Max acts as an intermediary and consultant and is not responsible for the decisions or timelines of these external parties.

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
